A Sign Company’s Life Blood
I cannot remember how many times I have worked so hard to bring a job in and the feeling of victory I felt once the order was written and production began. Of course, those are exciting moments but it’s important to remember that the small jobs should also be celebrated for they are the life’s blood of a sign company.
When one thinks about it, many small jobs are more difficult that one large one for there are things to organize, remember, and a series of different materials and processes. It is a challenge to move from one small job to the next and then the next.
And honestly, it is the small orders that become the bread and butter of a sign company and they are the MOST important clients. Those small orders test our skill as signmakers by offering unique sets of problems, requiring us to come up with creative solutions that not only work but that stay within the budget. It keeps our finger on the pulse of the community as well as forces us to be knowledgeable about materials, how to use them, and constantly improving our production.
So, thank you to our clients, both big and small. We salute you and look forward to serving you again.
