Sometimes a Simple Sign is Just the Right Thing
Martha Lake Townhomes in Lynnwood were getting a bit tired of turnover of their managers and decided what they really wanted to do was to drive traffic to their website. Being that their address was a bit long, this was the simple solution.
Measuring 30″ high and 16′ wide, it made it possible to raise the visibility of the property and drive potential renters to their website. The sign has now been up for a bit and there is a definite rise in the numbers on their website.
Marketing signs can be simple or ornate but the most important factor is that they deliver the message, quickly and effectively.
We also added two signs on the buildings themselves. Again, we kept it very simple to make sure that the signs could be easily read.
For the building signs we used pvc with vinyl copy. The free-standing sign is a digital print on dibond MDO.
