Vintage – A New Community, New Signage
The artwork is beginning to come off the printer for Vintage, a new community coming to Lynnwood. Being built by Pulte Group (Pulte/Centex), they will be ready for sale the first week of December.
Roday is currently putting together the displays for the sales center. They include floor plans, site map, and lifestyle photos along with custom made sample boards for materials people can choose from.
The custom sample boards are, in themselves, gorgeous. We start with a custom wood frame. The wood is cut, planed, sanded, stained, and sealed. We inset a base board to hold the samples. We cut all the samples to size, including the stone and mount them on the painted base board.
All of this is then mounted to the wall with french cleats and they are stunning.
